I tried my new login by prefacing "ugc_" to my old but i get an error saying my account is locked or not approved . any suggestions?

Dark,  just click forgot password. It should send an email within 15 minutes as it's setup as a job.

Otherwise, we can manually fix this though Teamspeak.
