First go to www.goteamspeak.com and download the client program and install.  Next you will need a headset with mic.

Now:

1. open the program
2. hit connection and then connect
3. you will see the word "servers", right click on that and hit all server
4. click new server and to the right of it you will see label
5. highlight and type UGC
6. under server address place this.....      ts2.ugcgamers.com
7. hit anonymous  dot
8. in the nickname spot use your game name and hit connect

You will now be in the United Gamers team speak un-registered.  If you see someone with the letter (SA) after their name they will be able to help you.  If there is a member in their who is not an SA ask them to bring sopmeone up that is.  If a SA is in another channel and his icon is green just leave and come back once or twice and they will know you are their.  Do not pu SA or CA after your name.  If you do you will be banned from the server.
