    Thought I would stop by......

I frequent your server quite often (ok every time i am on I try for your server).

The other night one of your members (cant remember the name) asked if I was in a clan and asked if I wanted to join.

I did not catch everything he said because it was durring the heat of battle and could not keep watching the chats.

I have been in my current clan [GDC] for about 5 years. We used to be into TWL for MOHAA, BFV, COD but most have moved on to other things.

Some are still in the clan but have migrated to WOW. Not sure I want join another clan right now but would like to know some more about UGC.

What is required to be in your clan, How many members do you have, when do you practice, Do you only have bf2142 as your primary game, etc.

Hey there Death Touch.  I'm TerminatorDon.  I was the one that was asking if you were in clan.. I wasn't sure if gdc was your clan name or not, but I thought what the

hell, it doesn't hurt to ask.. I was mainly asking because you are an awesome player and I see you on our server 1 or server 5 all the time. LOL.

We are not really a clan, but a community where anyone can join. We are really a happy family here. We have added the RevR guys to our community as well are are looking for others. We do have other servers running other games.

Honestly, we dont have a TWL team right now. We use to, but  we had problems trying to get everybody available in regards to  times for practices, but we are growing and getting bigger now. We are waiting to get going again, but want to make sure we have enough people.

To be in our clan all you have to do is register and fell out appplication..  Redline is going to tell you more.  I just gave you a little info. I hope you consider joning us.

Well thanks for the reply.. See you on the battlefield.

We are a rapidly growing community in actuality vs a Clan. According to the rules of TWL a Member cannot be a member of more than 1 Clan and so you will see various Tags within the community & according to groups or friends. It's an excellent benefit to the community as well as adding to the ability to get help with issues outside of gaming with such a diverse group of individuals.

EX. -:UGC:- , RevR & ETC...

The idea behind the community is to share resources and allow for competitive play & camaraderie on a higher level.

UGC comes from a background with competitive teams in TWL ranging on average around the 25 - 50 Rung levels  &  has members whom have competed for the top 1 & 2 spots in various competitions & have seen members move on to the professional level.

The term Clan is used lightly here as we do not consider our Teamspeak or Site a singled out workshop as all members are allowed to enter any office and no space can be used specifically for a singled out group although we provide secure areas for private conversations, Private Inboxes & UGC Email Accounts. All that we ask from members of our community is to respect members in teamspeak channels by announcing your entrance or exit with a greeting as a respect to all players & be moral in all communication activities.

So feel free to meet up with us in teamspeak or reply directly with any questions or concerns.

Teamspeak can be downloaded at: http://www.goteamspeak.com/?page=downloads &

instructions for connecting to -:UGC:- are located at: http://ugcgamers.com/forums/p/322/906.aspx#906

I believe we are actually running 5 different 2142 Servers & have other game servers to include Battlefield 2, Battlefield Vietnam, TF2, DC,  ETQW & others are added as required or requested by members based on the available funding levels.

Again, feel free to reply with any questions or concerns or visit us in our Teamspeak.

    Enjoy

    Hi Death Touch,

I was playing the other day and you were lighting my a$$ up at outpost 3 on Road to Tampa.  I just wanted to thank you for that whooping you dished out.  I was feeling pretty good about myself until you ventilated my sternum and cranium.

As for -:UGC:-, we started it out (myself, my brother and closest friend John) because we were members of a very large gaming "Clan".  We all contributed greatly to the "Clan" and were turned off by a few people who were power hungry.  We analized the reason that the "Clan" was successful in spite of itself and the only answer we arrived at was that there was one individual who was footing the bill for everybody else.  As it turned out, his minions were destroying the experience of so many other players with their actions.  So people were basically getting kicked in the teeth and bowing down to these bad eggs to ensure that they would have a duty free place to play their games.

So we determined that a community idea would work better for the gaming masses and thus our community was born.  We live by some very basic rules:

    1. The community has to be financially independent - members should not be required to pay dues of any kind.  Monetary blockades should not server to isolate individuals or empower others.

    2. Government needs to be invisible - the rulemaking and monitoring of the community needs to be performed by a group of individuals with equal ruling power in a manner that puts the community needs and goals ahead of those of the individual.

    3. All MUST be welcome - for the community ideal to work properly, all individuals as well as groups must be welcome without requiring any to give up their former or current identities or renounce any prior relationships.  Anybody who abides by the communities rules and regulations is welcome and equal to each other in the eyes of the community.

I hope this has answered your question, and I would like to personally thank you for coming by.  Keep playing on our servers and having fun burying bullets into my body.  Please come by our servers and offer input anytime you feel the need.

    Regards,

    Norton
