It's supposed to be the next patch & the all Mighty Frank DeLise said they were about a week away based on QA from their internal test group!!! I can't recall but I believe modding tools may be coming with the upcoming patch as well.
I hope the folks at Kaos took the community feedback seriously. The game has serious potential but that only goes so far & I personally feel that THQ pushed them to deliver with this year being a big eye opener...
Secondly, I think the UT3 Engineering Team should make folks available to Kaos 24/7 with all the problems I'm reading regarding the engine!!! I actually, noticed that Kaos is looking for engineers to help advance the UT3 Engine themselves (LOL)...
