New Orleans (Levee)</p><p>This is the location of one of the levee breaches.  This area is known as the lower 9th ward.  This wall was destroyed and recently rebuilt.  To the right is a community that beavers or raccoons.  This cat was probably a pet of one of the people who moved back to town.  No doubt this cat is eating well because the only thing that remains is mice, rats and snakes.</p>
